Thirteen email addresses used to request IT-related help or services were affected by a delivery issue Nov. 12-27. The issue has been fixed and all affected messages have been delivered.

The affected email addresses were cit@cornell.edu, computer_access@, cornellc-admin@, ct-surveys@, cufs-service@, hdwebmaster@, helpdesk@, listmgr@, mf_internal@, netid-deprovisioning@, \nnetrates@, sm-requests@, and surveys@.\n\nThis issue wasn't related to recent issues with Office 365, and it wasn't a problem within Cornell's incident management system, Remedy. The issue was in a secondary system and prevented messages from being delivered to Remedy. \n\nAll affected messages were delivered to Remedy and processed the morning of November 27. We apologize for the significant delay in responding to inquiries and requests for assistance that may have resulted. The secondary system is no longer in use.
