Office 365 was unavailable on Thursday, November 21, from approximately 5:15 to 6:15 pm due to a Microsoft outage. \n\nInitially we thought the outage was limited to Outlook Web App, but it actually affected all mail access. \n\nMail that was queued during the outage has been delivered, and Office 365 is now performing as usual.\n\nMicrosoft should be providing a post-incident report within 5 business days; this alert will be updated at that time.
