CIT's external mailhubs have been under exceptionally heavy load this\nafternoon, possibly the result of a spam storm. This may result in\nsome delays in mail delivery, or temporary failures of clients to\nsend or receive mail. CIT staff are analyzing the patterns of the\nabnormal load, and attempting to find ways to mitigate the effect\nit has on our infrastructure.
