User will get error message if user enter non-cornell email address in mail routing and also check the box of "SPAM OPT OUT". Below is the error user will see:\nError!\n\nYour request to opt out of spam blocking cannot be completed because your Cornell email is currently set to be delivered to a non-Cornell address. To fix this, go to the top of the web page and remove all non-Cornell addresses from the "Deliver my email to" fields. (A non-Cornell address is any address that does not end in "cornell.edu".)
