Users will not be able to access the stored data on the database via the web application until the patches and server reboots complete.\n\nAccess to the application is still available since the app and web server are redundant but there is only one database server.

On Sunday, November 17th, 2013, Oracle security updates will be applied to the ImageNow database and server beginning at 4am. We expect ImageNow to be available to users sometime after 6am.
