The Lyris issue began at 7:45 am. It was initially fixed by a restart at 8:38 am, and the queued messages were delivered by 9:03 am. Later in the day we discovered that the issue wasn't fully resolved. As of 6 pm October 24, it should be. \n\nCIT is working with the vendor on the underlying causes for the Lyris problems seen this week.\n The Lyris issue began at 7:45 am.
