Messages are not currently being delivered to most Cornell e-lists. CIT is investigating.

| The Lyris issue began at 7:45 am. It was initially fixed by a restart at 8:38 am, and the queued messages were delivered by 9:03 am. Later in the day we discovered that the issue wasn't fully resolved.
