Scheduled Service Change: NetID Management apps outage for DB move
Attempt to use the apps will produce an error message indicating unable to connect to the database.
There is no workaround for this issue
Because the IDMGTP database is being moved to new servers, the NetID Management apps at netid.cornell.edu will be down. This includes NetID Activation, Change Password, and Forgot Password.
