Some Box users who have a Cornell Optional Email Alias are unable to access their existing Box account. Instead a new Box account is being created. CIT is investigating.

As of 12 noon, individuals who have Cornell Optional Email Aliases should be able to again log into their primary Box accounts. CIT is cleaning up the empty accounts that were created during the last 24 hours.
