All PeopleSoft services will be unavailable during this time, including:\n\n* PeopleSoft HR/Payroll, Contributor Relations, Student Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Records (i.e. Student Center; Faculty Center) and Student Financials\n\n* PeopleSoft Student Employment (PSES)\n\n* HR Central Reports (created from PeopleSoft)\n\n* WTL notifications\n\n* Net ID Admin client\n\nThis maintenance will allow Cornell Release LS89186 to be applied to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD). This will include the following:\n\nCUIF0017 SAK65 ARTF19041 Central Authorization Feed Create output files of PS Job, Student, Alumni and Department data for use by the Central Authorization project to build reference groups. (available for Grouper, Active Directory, Unified Directory) \n \nCUMD0033 TPS25 ARTF20016 Chg fmt of display/formal name Display name currently contains first name and last name. Formal name currently contains prefix, first name, and last name. Add the middle name and suffix to each. Also, add batch job to apply the changed function to all current active names. \n \nFAMD0048 DAF5 ARTF22499 Pell Fix incident #1911151000 Loading Pell Reconciliation files for 2010 failed. Oracle has a fix (incident #1911151000) to correct the problem. WU000914 TPS25 ARTF20643 Chg month on labor dist ref # Payroll dept wants to post the labor distribution in the same month as the end of the pay period. Change labor distribution reference number to reflect the pay end date month and not the check date month. \n \nWU000954 SAK65 ARTF16447 Oracle 11g Colts DB Name Chang With Oracle 11g, the TNL database names changed dropping the '89'. TNLDEV89 -> TNLDEV, TNLTST89 -> TNLTST.
