There was a problem delivering mail to external ISPs between 11:06 AM and 11:55 AM on Tuesday, August 27. A problem in one of mail routers caused 25% of email to be bounced with the following message:\n\n"Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery." \n\nThe issue has since been resolved. If you received this message, please resend your email. We apologize for the inconvenience.
