Problems with Office 365 access via IMAP are being reported. IMAP is how Thunderbird connects and how smartphones access secondary accounts (such as Exchange Group Accounts). An alternative for affected users is Outlook Web App (outlook.cornell.edu).

Microsoft has resolved the issue. Anyone who is still having difficulty accessing Office 365 should contact the IT Service Desk. \n\nIn addition, the issue affected more than just IMAP and POP access. Some individuals may not have been able to access their accounts by any means while the issue was occurring. Microsoft has resolved the issue.
