Full Description:
An emergency security change that affects outgoing mail was implemented Friday morning. This change affects anyone who has a postoffice email account and whose email application was NOT set to require TLS. Users in this situation may be unable to send mail or may see error messages. This does NOT affect the Exchange email system.
