The users will be notified prior to the scheduled maintenance and asked to turn their display/sign off during the upgrade. Once verification has been received that their signage is off, the maintenance will be performed. The upgrade/changes should not be visibly noticeable, however the sign will be out of commission for this process. It's important to note that the actual service will be functional for all those who are not undergoing maintenance during that selected interval. In other words, it will only impact one (at least at first) CP at a time.
