Beginning Tuesday, July 23, CIT has received multiple confirmed reports that email servers at hotmail, msn and live.com are rejecting a portion of outgoing email from Cornell University. Senders may receive an error message and their email may not be delivered to the recipients. \n\nOn the morning of Wednesday, July 24, CIT requested that these email services remove Cornell email servers from their spam blacklists. This process can take a number of hours to take effect. We also began routing outgoing email temporarily through substitute servers to avoid these blocks. | Beginning Tuesday, July 23, CIT has received multiple confirmed reports that email servers at hotmail, msn and live.com are rejecting a portion of outgoing email from Cornell University.
