User Impact:
Services on servers that are single attached to Tier 2 will have a 5-10 minute outage at some point during the 3 hour maintenance window. While Tier 2 is typically used for dual network connections, there are some single-attached servers.

Upgrade Tier 2 network switch firmware in the Server Farm, the switches will be upgraded one at a time. The Cisco Nexus switches in CCC will also be upgraded at this time.
