At some point during the outage window each building in the list will lose network connectivity for approximately 10 minutes while the switches in that building are upgraded. In locations with Voice over IP phones the phones will also be affected.

Software/firmware upgrade of the campus user edge switches. This upgrade will require reboots of the switches and cause short (less than 10 Min) interruptions in network connectivity for the buildings listed.
