A small number of cases are still being reported of new students and others with a recently activated NetID not receiving email at their Cornell address. If you are being affected, please call the IT Service Desk (255-5500).

Messages are being prepared listing subject, sender, and date for email that may not have been delivered. Most Office 365/provisioning issues have been addressed, and discussions are ongoing with Microsoft about cloud implementation of changes better handled there, rather than locally.
