Delegate access to Exchange Group Accounts and room/equipment accounts is once again working with ActiveSync (iPhone, Android, etc.), IMAP, and Apple Mail. CIT is continuing to work with Microsoft on configuration settings.

This problem has been escalated to Microsoft Support. This issue was first reported on 5/14/2013 at 6:00 pm.\n \nThis does not affect access to your own mail and calendar. Delegated access to Exchange Group Accounts and Resource Accounts using Outlook Web App and Outlook 2010 does not appear to be affected. \n\nUntil the issue is resolved, the workaround is to use Outlook Web App (http://outlook.cornell.edu).
