To prepare primary permit server (par17) patching on 5/8/2013, we have moved its IP (permit.cit.cornell.edu, permit1.cit.cornell.edu) to an alternate machine (par20). On 5/12 at 6:30 AM, We'll move the IP back to par17. The move takes about 30 seconds.
