The Lyris LM delays has been resolved. The problem was that the machines accepting email for @cornell.edu addresses were accepting email very slowly. This affected all email from outside Office 365 going in to Office 365, not just mail from elists. The problem was fixed about 08:50 and the elist deliveries seemed to have caught up by about 09:45. elist email sent to non @cornell.edu addresses was not affected.
