The delay was caused by tens of thousands of spam messages sent from compromised Cornell email accounts, which created a backlog for outgoing messages earlier in the week. The backlog was cleared on April 25-26.\n\nIf you've set your Cornell email to be delivered to both your Office 365 account and an external address, you may see newly arrived messages in your external account that were delivered several days ago to your Office 365 account.
