On Tuesday, April 9th, at approximately 5 pm we detected and fixed routing to 1,071 email addresses (425 Cmail) and (647 other such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc). \nThe Service Desk has a list of affected accounts. We have put in place a manual process to detect and fix routing for new NetIDs while we investigate and solve the underlying issue. \n\nPlease report all problems of email not arriving after setting routing in Who I Am and waiting two hours.\n\nBetween Wednesday, April 3 and Tuesday, April 9th at 5 pm, email may not have been delivered to email addresses saved in Who I Am. We have fewer than ten reports of email accounts which can send and not receive email. We have narrowed the problem down to a lack of synchronization of email routing details by the DirSync process to Microsoft Exchange Online and are investigating further.
