A very small number of users have reported that they suddenly stopped receiving email. People who email them are receiving an automated error reply.

CIT is investigating the underlying cause of this problem.\n\nFewer than 10 cases have been reported between April 3 and April 4. Affected users stop receiving new email and people who send to the account receive an email message response with the text "This message was sent to a mailbox that has not been configured. Please confirm the user’s address or contact the Cornell University Service Desk at http://www.it.cornell.edu/support/".\n\nIf you are seeing this issue, please report the name and NetID to the IT Service Desk (255-5500). Then re-set your mail delivery options in the "Electronic Mail" tab of WhoIAm (https://www.whoiam.cornell.edu/whoiam/jsp/mail.jsp). Be sure to click Update.
