User Impact:
Applications using only the primary OID server to resolve the database connect string will be unable to establish a NEW database connection while the server is being patched.

There is no workaround for this issue

The primary OID (Oracle Internet Directory) server will unavailable on January 13 for approximately 30 minutes during the 8am to 12 noon OS patching window. The secondary OID server will remain available during that time.
