The problem with sending Cornell email to Yahoo! has been resolved. Mail being sent to @yahoo.com is being delivered. It is possible that some email sent to Yahoo! during August 2-7 may have been lost -- please resend messages if in doubt.

It is possible that some email sent to Yahoo! during August 2-7 may have been lost -- please resend messages if in doubt.\n\nOur investigation indicates that a compromised NetID was used to send thousands of messages, primarily to Yahoo!, which triggered the block from Yahoo!\n\nSome of those messages were sent to other domains, but we have no indication that Cornell mail was blocked by any of those domains as a result. The issues reported with AOL and Gmail at about the same time appear to be unrelated.\n\nSince August 7, 2:45 pm, Cornell mail has been delivered to Yahoo!, AOL, and Gmail as usual. | Our investigation indicates that Cornell email from one of our eight routers is being blocked by Yahoo! and AOL. At 2:45 pm on August 7, we temporarily disabled the affected router as a measure to prevent additional messages from being undeliverable.
