Kronos will be unavailable while the service pack is applied to the three servers (sequentially, not concurrently). During this period, users will see the sorry page. After SP5 is installed on all three servers, Kronos will be restarted on all five servers.\n\nAfter the patch, no noticeable change to users unless they had previously encountered one of several bugs that are fixed inthis service pack.
