Scheduled Service Change: WebEx application update
No change was anticipated, however some Mac (but not all) users encountered Java-related issues after the update which prevented automatic upgrade of the WebEx application. IAVE sent a notice to all users with host accounts notifying them of this potential issue and the fix (manually install the WebEx application[s]).
There is no workaround for this issue
On 10/12, Cisco performed an upgrade to the WebEx service to the new release WebEx Business Suite 28 Service Pack 4 (WBS28.4). This update includes several changes, many of them minor.
