Cisco WebEx made an update over the weekend that may require some users to update their WebEx meeting application.

Cisco WebEx made an update over the weekend that may require some users to update their WebEx meeting application. \n\nIf the update is necessary, when you attempt to join a meeting, you will see a white screen that says:\n\n"It's easy to set up meeting on your computer…\nJust a moment… We are checking your Java settings."\n\nLook for the blue link at the bottom of the message that says, "Install the meeting application and join again."\n\n1. Click the link to "Install the meeting application."\n\n2. Download and install the WebEx Meeting Center.pkg.\n\n3. Return to https://cornelluniversity.webex.com and join the meeting again. Meeting Center should open correctly.\n\nWebEx support is provided by the IT Service Desk 255-5500 (http://www.it.cornell.edu/support/).
