User Impact:
During the work, elist email will be delayed ... it will be queued and sent out after the system comes back up. Also, the administrative web interface will be unavailable.\n\nAfter the work there will be no user visible changes.

All @cornell.edu elists and all bulkmail will be down Sun 2012-Oct-14 04:45 am - 07:00 am so that the backend Oracle systems may be patched. During the work, elist email will be delayed (queued during, and sent out afterwards). The administrative web interface will be unavailable. There will be no user visible changes after the work is completed.
