Brief Description:
User Impact:
During the cutover from our current OnDemand data center to the new data center on Friday, October 12th, 6:30-12:30 am, a maintenance page will be placed on our current environment and Remedy will not be accessible. Once the cutover is complete, Remedy should appear the same to users as it did before. Following the maintenance, report any technical issues to remedy-admin@cornell.edu.
