CIT has received reports that users are unable to access their Exchange mailbox. We are currently investigating this problem and will notify you with updates on this situation.

By 5 pm, email accounts on servers A and B which had become disconnected have been reconnected. Users should find that they are again able to log in and send mail. Mail which accumulated during the outage which began at roughly 4 pm is being delivered to the accounts without loss of mail.\n\nIf you you are still experiencing problems, please contact the IT service desk at 255-5500, option 1.
