Full Description:
Kronos clocks – some are/were not processing punches.\n\nAlthough Kronos clocks are accepting punches, many are (or were) not immediately uploading them to Kronos so the punches are (were) not appearing on timecards. CIT staff are working on the problem and will provide an update later this morning.\n\nMeanwhile, do NOT duplicate punches by adding them via the web. We do expect to be able to retrieve all the punches in the clocks.

Most Kronos clocks are now auto-collecting punches. Some are still being monitored closely and punches will be regularly collected. Most Kronos clocks are now auto-collecting punches. Some are still being monitored closely and punches will be regularly collected. 2012-05-22 04:00:00
We believe that all Kronos clocks are now automatically collecting punches, so there should not be more than a 2-3 minute delay for a punch to display on the timecard. Should you notice a delay of more than 5 minutes, please notify the NOC at 2555-9900 and give them the name and/or location of the clock and your NetID or badge number.
