Unplanned Outage: Kronos Application
There is no workaround for this issue
After the Kronos restart at the end of the planned patching this morning of Kronos servers, the Kronos clocks stopped communicating with the Kronos application. As a result, clock punches are not being collected/processed and will not appear on employee timecards. CIT staff have not yet identified the cause but will continue to troubleshoot. Meanwhile, clock punches are stored on the clocks, and we expect to be able to retrieve them when the problem is resolved.
