Users might not be able to enable/disable cuWebAuth delegation from ServiceID Manager for about 3 - 5 seconds during Apache reboot.

The server that hosts secondary permit bridge permit0.cit.cornell.edu is scheduled to be patched on 5/20 from 4:00AM - 8:AM. Secondary permit bridge will be unavailable for few minutes during server reboot.
