Performance: Google Mail
There is no workaround for this issue
Google Mail (including CMail) currently has a problem accepting attachments, incorrectly identifying them as viruses. The problem is widespread, and other universities that use their service are reporting the same problem. This may affect email sent either to or from a Google Mail user. You can bypass the problem for the moment by putting the attachment in Dropbox, Google Docs or other file storage and emailing a link to the file. Only email with attachments is affected. Google has not yet supplied a time for a fix.
