Full Description:
To prepare for primary permit server(par17) patching on 05/9/2012, we will be moving the IP of primary permit bridge (permit.cit.cornell.edu, permit1.cit.cornell.edu) to an alternate machine(par20) on 5/6 at 6:30 AM. The move takes about 30 seconds. On 5/13 at 6:30 AM, We'll move it back to par17.
