There are no differences in the user interface, functionality, or content of the application. The actual change at the given time consists of switching the application's hostname from pointing at the old server, to point at the new server, which will already be in place. Any user who has, moments before the change, drilled down to view some information, will be brought to the application's homepage on the new server at their next request, and will have to drill down again.

The WebFinancials web site is implemented using ColdFusion server software. At the beginning of the indicated time, production WebFinancials will be switched from a ColdFusion version 7 server to a ColdFusion version 9 server. This version is better supported by the vendor. Also, instead of sharing a server with other applications, WebFinancials will be by itself.
