Full Description:
Some Kronos clocks are not automatically processing punches.\n\nPunches were collected from all Kronos clocks on Friday evening 4/22/12. Since then, some of the clocks are not automatically processing punches as they should, so the punches are not reaching the employee timecards in Kronos. CIT staff are investigating and will pull in all punches by the end of the day today and will, if necessary, device a plan for manually collecting the punches until the automated collection is fixed. There is no need to edit employee timecards to add the missing punches.
