| The problem with Lyris was resolved by restarting the Oracle database that the Lyris ListManager relies on, which was done around 4:15 pm March 2. Running out of resources for the Oracle database appears to have been the cause. The Lyris upgrade being planned for spring break should resolve this.\n\nThe outage affected the 46 e-lists on the second instance of Lyris ListManager, including NET-ANNOUNCE-L and SPECIALCONDITIONS-L. It appears about 150 messages were delayed between 8:45 am March 1 and 4:15 pm March 2.
