User Impact:
If the in-service software upgrade performs as tested and expected, bandwidth within the server farm will be reduced by 50% as redundant routers are reloaded. If for some reason the in-service software upgrade fails, most servers and services will experience a loss of network connectivity until the routers are backed out.
There is no workaround for this issue

On Sunday, March 18th between 5:00am and 8:00am, CIT Infrastructure will upgrade code on the redundant CIT server farm routers. These routers support both Tier1 and Tier2 networks in the CIT server farm in both Rhodes and CCC.
