All of the EZ-Backup Service will be partialy unavailable. Systems running a Backup, Restore, Archive, Retrieve, or other EZ-Backup related process during this time may fail. If you see any failures during this time, please re-run the process once the EZ-Backup maintenance is complete. For further clarification or questions and concerns on this outage please contact the EZ-Backup Team.
There is no workaround for this issue
EZ-Backup team will be upgrading one of the tape libraries used for the EZ-Backup service.
