The mail elist server process was unavailable 2012-02-03 09:57-10:17 It had crashed. Cause unknown and unknowable.\n\nIt has been restarted and appears to be working fine.\nEmail sent to elists during the outage was queued and has now been processed by and distributed by the server.\n\nThe elist service is back to normal.
