Unplanned Outage: Kronos server restarts 9:30am this morning
There is no workaround for this issue
There have been a number of reported issues with new user logon’s into Kronos. We are attempting a minimal impact fix this morning to address the problem. \n\nThe Kronos application servers will be restarted this morning starting at 9:30am. First one server and then the other will be affected. If you are on an affected server at the time of the restart you will be booted off the application. Wait a few minutes and log in again.\n\nWe do not plan to restart the clock server at this time.\n\nIf you know someone who has been experiencing problems, please have them try again after 10am\n\nContact Kronos@cornell.edu with any issues or questions.
