User Impact:
Users impact during the server upgrade should be seamless, as the Channel Players deployed in the field will continue to play "cached" content.\n\nUpon upgrade of the Channel Players (typically done in groups of no more than 5), Channel Players will reboot upon completion of software update, causing a brief interruption to playback of content.
