Full Description:
DBA applied Oracle Database Patches this morning to Diamond1. Applying the Oracle Database Patches caused a permission issue with the 32/64 bit libraries on the web server. With the help of the DBA the permissions were\nreset. Apache on the web server was stopped and restarted. This Resolved the issue.
