The Lyris LM frontend (topaz5) connects to the backend Oracle database (pansy) over a private VLAN.\nSun 2012-01-08 pansy completely downed its end of the private\nVLAN twice (08:02:59-:06:06, 09:24:05-:27:12)\ninterrupting frontend-backend communication.
