Description \nUsers reported that they were unable to print their financial statements\nto PDF. Attempts resulted in an error message. A restart of the Presentation\nServer process fixed the issue.\n\nAnticipated User Impact: \nThere was approximately a 30 second period where according to the Apache\nAccess log, 2 users got a "Sorry Page" instead of the dashboards.\n\n\nList of services impacted: \nhttps://obieeprod.cit.cornell.edu\nrunning on cadillac.serverfarm.cornell.edu
