To prepare for primary permit server(yew17) patching on 01/06/2012, we will be moving the IP of primary permit bridge (permit.cit.cornell.edu, permit1.cit.cornell.edu) to an alternate machine(par17) on 12/18 at 6:30 AM. The move takes about 30 seconds.
