Full Description:
A firmware update will be applied to the knapweed/ladybells NFS cluster which provides file access for Blackboard and the middleware share used by PeopleSoft. There is no anticipated outage; however, applications may notice a brief ( less than 10 second) delay in access as the servers switch control of the data shares. This delay will occur twice during the upgrade of the two systems.
