Users have reported sporadic problems that are not consistently reproducible (e.g., some people receive an HTML error message when trying to log on; some supervisors cannot use the email feature from the genie or timecard). \n\nThe vendor has advised us to modify the server-side configuration to resolve the issues we are seeing. We will be taking the Kronos application offline at 9:30pm, making the changes, and then bringing the application back online. While the application is offline, buttons on the clocks that normally communicate with the server will not work, but clocks will accept and safely store punches (they will flow to the Kronos timecards when the application is back online).\n\nNote: After this restart, initial screen loads may be slower than normal while cache is rebuilt.
